You can link your Discord account to your profile and receive a special rank on our Discord server. Ranks celebrate how long you’ve been a customer and reward your continued support!
Who can get a rank?
To be eligible for a rank, your account must have a history of credit purchases. Only users who have bought exaroton credits are considered for ranking status. The specific rank you receive is determined by how long you have been a member of exaroton. In other words, your rank is based on the age of your account, starting from the date you created it. The longer you’ve been with us, the higher your rank will be.
Free credits are not enough to get a rank. You need to buy exaroton credits at least once to be able to get a rank.
How do I receive my rank?

Connect your Discord account
You can link your Discord account in the exaroton account settings.

Navigate to the exaroton Discord server
Visit the exaroton discord server. If you did not join the server yet, you can use this link to join it now: discord.gg/exaroton

Receive your rank
- You should have received your rank automatically now!
- To check your rank status as well see when you will receive the next level up, open Discord and type
/rankin the chat window. - You’ll receive a message telling you your current rank as well as the time you will receive the next level up.
- When your account age reaches a new tier, your rank will automatically level up — there is no need to repeat these steps!

No, as long as you have bought credits at least once, your rank will be assigned and updated automatically.
Once you recieved your rank successfully, your rank will automatically update once your account reaches the required age.
