Step into the Arena and challenge your friends! Engage in an exciting collection of minigames where you can test your skills and compete against other players. Prove yourself and rise to the top as the ultimate champion!
Installation
You can install the Arena blueprint while creating a new server or on an existing server on the software page: https://exaroton.com/software/#blueprint-arena
Arena
This blueprint spawns you in an Arena where you can select minigames, start the game, or spectate.
Click the icons at the bottom to select a minigame. You can see the name and description on the screen at the top. The arena will also automatically update to the selected minigame.
Click the start button on the screen to start the selected minigame as well.
Spectating
You can spectate the current round when you die or join during an ongoing round. You will automatically participate in the next round again. If you want to spectate permanently, you can go through the spectator gates at the spawn. To exit the permanent spectator mode, you have to enter the same gates again.
Minigames
The Arena blueprint features 12 unique minigames to battle with your friends. In each minigame, the player who survives the longest wins.
Axe PVP
Battle your friends with an axe and a shield.
Bow PVP
Fight each other with a bow and infinite arrows.
Survival Games
Collect random loot from the chests placed in the arena. Then fight the other players with your collected loot. Try to find the best gear, but be careful, or you might get attacked while looting a chest.
Mace PVP
Kill other players with the mace. The mace deals more damage the farther you fall. In this minigame, you get a strong jump boost that allows you to hit your opponents with the maximum amount of damage. Try to avoid other players or use the shield to block incoming attacks. In contrast to the Vanilla Minecraft experience, it is also possible to disable shields with the mace here.
Firework PVP
Load your crossbow with deadly fireworks and try to hit the other players before they can hit you.
Random PVP
You constantly get random items into your inventory. Use those items to avoid the lava, attack your opponents, or defend yourself. There are three chests with random items in the center. Try to reach them first for more random loot.
There is an invisible perimeter around the arena and a height limit that's indicated by a small down arrow under your crosshair when reached. You can't place or break blocks when you are over the height limit.
Knockback
Knock other players into the lava using the knockback stick and avoid getting hit into the lava yourself. You can jump back up from the lower layer using one of the 4 slime blocks.
TNT Run
The TNT blocks under your feet disappear. Keep running and avoid falling into the lava.
Spleef
Break the snow under your opponent's feet to send them down towards their death.
Splegg
Like Spleef, you want to break the snow to get other players to fall. But in Splegg, you don't get a shovel, but you get an egg that you can throw at the snow to break it.
Ghosts
All players are invisible, but every few seconds, all player positions are revealed by mannequins that show the position of each player at that time. Try to hit the other invisible players, but watch out, your footsteps are visible when you move.
Hot Potato
At the start of the round, one player gets the hot potato, and a deadly countdown appears at the top of your screen. Hit other players to pass the potato on, whoever has the potato when the time runs out is eliminated.
Admin
By default, all players can select and start minigames. If you want to give that power only to specific players, you can give them the admin tag in the console or in-game if you are OP:
/tag <name> add arena.adminWhile a player with the admin tag is online, no other players can select or start minigames.
To remove the admin tag from a player again, you can use the command:
/tag <name> remove arena.admin
